What is Life Coaching and how will we work together?
My coaching practice teaches you how to be the boss of your brain so you can have better results in your life.
I work with creative humans who want to focus on and achieve their present and future goals.
It is for people looking for solutions who are ready to take action so they can stop fretting and start succeeding.
THERE IS A BETTER WAY. THE MODEL I USE WORKS!
It has transformed my life and my clients lives. Finally, you get to show up for yourself!
When we better understand our brain (our most valuable tool), we can be in control of it instead of it being in control of us.
I use writing, accountability, listening, and open, honest communication around any issue that you bring to the table.
Here's the thing... Uncomfortable feelings arise whether we're avoiding and procrastinating or being vulnerable and taking chances, so why not choose the latter and at least get something out of it?
Any skill we want to master takes practice, patience and guidance.
We all want the shortcut to "a better life" but personal evolution and growth is a journey not a sprint.
Think of working with a personal trainer at a gym: They find out what your personal goals are, make a plan based on what works for you, give you an outline of exercises, teach effective technique, then show you how to use equipment properly and treat your body well so you don't injure yourself.
They can't work out for you. You have to show up, apply that knowledge and actually do the work while they guide and support you. Going once or even a few times isn't going to get you the results you want.
Even the most skilled athletes continue to work with a trainer knowing that there is always room for growth, learning and self-improvement.
I like to think of coaching as a way to exercise our brain in order to make room for new habits and ways of thinking.
It gives us a personal mind map in order to better navigate that wacky terrain up there. In doing so, we get to ditch old paths and make way for new paths that better serve us. This is how we evolve, become our own biggest advocate, and the best versions of ourselves.
As your coach, my goal is to help you get the results you want! To guide you with patience, meet you where you're at without judgement, and challenge you in all the best ways.
