Preferred hours of use 7am - 12:30am (due to non-living terms and permanent tenants above)

There is an adjoining storage area/utility closet and sink (see photo of door with window).
The space has its own private entrance / solo access.
A separate gravel walkway leads from the street to the door. (see photos) Ample off-street parking available.
