What inspired me to become a life coach?
- A passionate dedication to helping fellow creatives quiet their anxiety and overwhelm for a better life and creative practice.
- My own transformative experience with coaching which has guided me into being my best, most authentic self. - Finding resilience through the discomfort of taking risks, failing and persisting despite anxiety, ADHD, time-management struggles and what often felt like a giant question mark looming over my head at all times. -My love of community, dedication to diversity, and the belief that we are all beautifully flawed human beings that can benefit from guidance and support. |
When we allow ourselves to embrace the good, the bad and the uncomfortable aspects of our human experience,
the better we can show up for ourselves in order to have the life we want.

Things I use/do every day
15MMM - 15 Minute Morning Movement (First thing outta bed). Join me in my daily morning movement routine (click *more under main photo for the schedule I use)
Daily Stoic 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance and the Art of Living by Ryan Holiday (I read one passage every morning with my coffee)
LEUCHTTURM Daily Planner - I use this to plan my day every morning. Intead of a long lists, I try to constrain to one day at a time. I've found it to be the best way organize my non-liner brain. I'm a big fan of the A6 pocket sized version, but take note, that size sells out quick!
Routinery - I use this app everyday to help me stay focused. I've tried several and I like this one the best! Super simple, easy on the eyes, easy to use.
Language Transfer - I'm on the road to Spanish fluency and this brain child of Mihalis Eleftheriou has been transformative. His methodology is a freaking GENIUS when it comes to teaching language (9 languages + music theory!) It's free so don't forget to donate if you can!
